As well as our seaweed products, we supply innovative chefs and award-winning restaurants with seaweed, hand-picked in Lofoten. Lofoten Seaweed was founded by Angelita - a fisherman's daughter from Lofoten - and Tamara, who grew up in New Zealand eating seaweed dishes cooked by her Japanese mother. Lofoten Seaweed draws on our combined heritage, and love of the ocean, to bring new food traditions to Norway and Europe.
