Syntech Biofuels is a Private Limited company registered under the companies' act 1984 based in Hyderabad, Pakistan involved in the production of 20TPD of bio-diesel from waste cooking oil/chicken fats and 20TPD of re-refined Base oills from used motor oil by Thin film vacuum distillation technologyBiodiesel is an alternative, green and clean burning fuel produced from animal or vegetable oils through a chemical process called transesterification in which vegetable and animal oils are heated with alcohol in the presence of a catalyst to yield fatty acid methyl esters (biodiesel) and glycerin. Biodiesel can be used as a pure fuel or blended with regular petroleum-based fuels. Lubricating oils are a finished petroleum lubricant stock that when blended with other materials (additives) widely used to reduce friction and wear by interposing a film of material between rubbing surfaces. Re-refining of used lubricating oil is an intelligent option for any country, as it would conserve both the natural resources as well as foreign exchange.
