Biodiesel can be used as a pure fuel or blended with regular petroleum-based fuels. Lubricating oils are a finished petroleum lubricant stock that when blended with other materials (additives) widely used to reduce friction and wear by interposing a film of material between rubbing surfaces. Re-refining of used lubricating oil is an intelligent option for any country, as it would conserve both the natural resources as well as foreign exchange.
