Our Landmen are skilled in all aspects of upstream project development including; title research, contract preparation, surface and mineral related negotiations, aquisitions, divestitures and permitting. We are currently involved in the emerging Niobrara shale play in the DJ Basin, representing a major industry player. We have had great success securing leases through detailed title examination and subsiquent lease negotiations.
