Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas, LLC has been in business since 2008. We have performed landwork in 6 states and over 15 counties in our three years in business. Our Landmen are skilled in all aspects of upstream project development including; title research, contract preparation, surface and mineral related negotiations, aquisitions, divestitures and permitting. We are currently involved in the emerging Niobrara shale play in the DJ Basin, representing a major industry player. We have had great success securing leases through detailed title examination and subsiquent lease negotiations. Our work product is accurate and done in a timely manner, saving our clients thousands of dollars on the front end and in future curative measures. We specialize in high-value land negotiations, utilizing our experiential expertise in unconventional shale plays.
