With solo, duo, and trio personal training sessions available, a wide variety of fitness classes, and healthy living products including custom fitness equipment and supplements for sale, Ethos provides many tools for improving quality of life.Sociologically, "ethos" means the beliefs, or character, of a person or people, and Ethos Total Wellness is, at its heart, about both beliefs *and* people. At the heart of Ethos Total Wellness lies a focus on belief systems, and one of the core values is the symbiosis of community, local and global. Being healthier at an individual level means we are healthier at a collective level, and if for no other reason, this is why I started a personal training business.
