GHST Project is one of the first ghost kitchen start-ups in Istanbul, Turkey launched in 2020. As a chef-owned dark kitchen project, we aim to democratize fine dining food quality for all and reverse engineer recipes to fit into delivery-only concepts. At the same time, each unique brand we created focuses on a single food trend.
