The Solvay Business Game (SBG) is the biggest on-stage case competition in Europe. Created in 2007 by students from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) and still fully organised by a student association, it gathers annually 400 participants from all over Europe and beyond. Our mission is to reveal and develop talents capable of making a difference in our ever-changing business world, now and in the future. ◆ Our Story ◆Starting in 2007 from a first edition which gathered 60 participants, the Solvay Business game grew and developed to become the leading business game in Europe, with 400 students on-site in 2016, selected out of more than 1200 applicants. They represent 25 nationalities and 52 universities.The 2017 edition celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Solvay Business Game. ◆ The Event ◆The 2-days event is organized around 6 challenges, where students are invited to put into practice a very diverse set of skills such as Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Negotiation, Strategy, Eloquence, etc. It is also the perfect opportunity for them to connect with the corporate world. We are proud to count amongst our partners McKinsey & Company, Unilever, BDO, EDF Luminus, Gildan, as well as Baume & Mercier, ORMIT, Cobepa, AXA and many others.
