To achieve this a form of rehabilitation is needed within leadership and management which has the goal of aligning organizational cultures more with ordinary life: In our private lives kindness, sincerity, commitment, equality, et cetera are not regarded as soft and sentimental, but as the foundation of successful and intense relationships. We want to carry this forward in organizational cultures, because we see that the rigid focus on only producing results also has a destructive side. We are truly worried that the psychological contact is disappearing and that there is a lack of attention to the people side of business.
