What we do is create an optimal balance between personal aspirations and organizational ambitions increasing productivity and encouraging inner commitment, dedication, passion and fun at work. We want to carry this forward in organizational cultures, because we see that the rigid focus on only producing results also has a destructive side. We are truly worried that the psychological contact is disappearing and that there is a lack of attention to the people side of business.
