The Pedro Bay Corporation (PBC) is the village corporation for Pedro Bay, Alaska, established by Congress under the 1971 Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). ANCSA mandated the creation of both regional and village corporations, each charged with corporate stewardship of money and lands under the settlement. PBC has been in operation since incorporating on September 11, 1973.
