Our team evaluates our client's condition and works with them to create treatment plans for their brain, body and mind.Our expert team shares one objective: to provide a holistic approach to caring for our clients. We understand that everyone experiences physical and mental health conditions differently. Because of this we use approaches that are tailor-fit to the needs of the individual. We don't just treat the symptoms, but rather identify and address the underlying causes.Our team of clinicians provides psychological services for children, adolescents and adults. We seamlessly combine counselling support, occupational therapy, brain training, biofeedback and much more. Our holistic approach incorporates a wide variety of evidence-based programmes that are designed to enhance multiple aspects of our clients' health and wellbeing.At Direct Focus Solutions, we address some of the most common mental health problems that are often difficult to deal with on one's own.
