We seamlessly combine counselling support, occupational therapy, brain training, biofeedback and much more. Our holistic approach incorporates a wide variety of evidence-based programmes that are designed to enhance multiple aspects of our clients' health and wellbeing.At Direct Focus Solutions, we address some of the most common mental health problems that are often difficult to deal with on one's own.
