We are not agents or brokers, and are not compensated for transactions.Kachina is not a fund; rather our clients own land directly. We simply manage their farm properties on their behalf, and in a manner consistent with their goals and values, thus fully harnessing the financial benefits of direct ownership while reducing operational risk. We believe the highest farmland returns are generated from long-term ownership and direct operation of properties.In addition, there are any number of environmental and social levers direct ownership and operation of farms can influence.
