In addition, inefficient cooking, lighting, and heating devices kills an estimated 4 million people a year and causes other negative health impacts. These emissions are also important drivers of climate change and local environmental degradation. To help meet this need, CIC-Global has created NopalPower™. NopalPower™ creates biofuel and organic fertilizer from nopal (prickly pear cactus) biomass.
