CHL will only enter a market that has a clear regulatory framework in a predictably stable business environment.In terms of management, the company has implemented several managerial strategies, unique to the gambling industry, including; employee stock options, a ‘lead as an owner – own as a leader' business model and a horizontal management structure, operating in full transparency with team members, business partners, and investors.Subsidiaries of CHL already have licenses issued by regulators in; Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia and Curaçao, with the company in the final stages of obtaining gaming licenses in; Cameroon, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Tanzania. Several other markets are currently being actively explored, including; Benin, DRC, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Namibia and Uganda. By the end of 2021, CHL intends to have operations in at least 10 markets and aims to enter an additional 5-8 markets, managed by over 500 employees, by end of 2022.
