Our headquarters are located just outside Munich, in Ismaning. More than 850 HSE employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland ensure an entertaining, interactive and customer-oriented shopping experience. Our network also includes over 2,800 external positions at logistics and call centre partners. We have received multiple awards for our outstanding service quality. In 2021, for example, we once again received top marks in the nationwide award „Deutschlands Kundenchampions".
