I provide what I refer to as proactive and reactive support for SME's around Workplace Safety, Human Resources, Return to Work, Performance Management and Termination with regard to the Fair Work Act including redundancy. I received an award from WorkCover last November for the Best Individual Contribution to Workplace Health and Safety in NSW for my work with SME's around WH&S and I have also been nominated for a similar award at a national level from Safe Work Australia, the federal Safety Authority. This recognition was down to the fact that I deliver low cost, common sense, worker & management friendly safety solutions. A safe workplace shouldn't cost the earth, in fact if done well it can produce real dollar savings from obvious areas like your Workers Comp bill right through to improved work flows on the floor, the office and in the yard along with improved worker engagement and productivity. I pride myself on offering real word cost efficient solutions that are built from the floor up.My background is supply chain and manufacturing and I've done pretty much every job from picker, forklift driver, HGV driver right through to being a National Operations Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil. I have a large network of WH&S, HR and Operations people who act as my knowledge bank and I can provide whatever level of support a business needs to reach the legally required level of "reasonably practicable" workplace safety management systems.
