A team of Officers and Solicitors work closely together on each case to ensure a legal recommendation throughout each step of the way.The Consumer team works with Leasing, Loaning and any other unique membership business'. This department actions each case using our effective standard debt recovery procedure. Over-the-phone Customer Service Experience and Collection Skills are highly acquired as our team ensures consumer accounts are settled via Payment in full, Split-payments or Arrangement Plan.Our entire team here at ANR are trained to take an "Accounts Managers Approach" rather than a Debt Collection approach. We prioritise this training to represent you with high courtesy and compliance. Further action is only taken when necessary.
