Our services include design, consulting, energy analysis, evaluation of maintenance and operating costs, assistance in bid negotiations, construction administration, preparation of specifications, and contract documents. Many of our projects are government owned facilities, part of an existing campus context, and many of the buildings were occupied or semi-occupied during the hours of construction. We produce quality designs within scheduled time frames and budgets. Our engineers with our staff of interns, designers, and draftsmen are successful in meeting our goals of satisfying project objectives by placing continued emphasis on designs that fulfill the owner's criteria in keeping with current construction materials and practices, federal and state laws, regulations, codes, and permits.
