I have 11 years experience in this industry, having worked in gyms and home service companies. Now I am self employed. I coach women of all shapes and sizes, as well as pre or post natal. My online sessions are done live via Zoom. There is also an app version available for personal training which is a lot more affordable making personal training available to everyone. The app is like having your personal trainer in your pocket, and workouts can be designed for home or gym training.Session lengths are 30, 45 or 60 min.
