We are a quality-driven, patient-centered, and employee-loving locally owned home health agency rooted in beautiful San Antonio and its surrounding communities for over 26 years. We set our moral compass on righteousness as we provide our healthcare services and as we work together on a daily. Our agency is blessed with diligent, faithful, and committed staff members many of which have been with ContinuCare since 1992, lending to our amazing turnover rate of less than 10%. ContinuCare is licensed and certified to participate in the Medicare program and we focus our nursing services on adults; our heart is especially touched by our sweet elderly community and our heroic veterans. We also care for our community members through Primary Care services through programs offered by the VA and Health & Human Services of our great state of Texas.
