Industrial organisation scope: product design, formulation, manufacturing outsourced to private labels, distribution (owned sales venues 40, licensees 120), product assessment (owned magazine, and a large social club of cosmetic effect analysts). Zones of sales: WA and the neighboring states; US-wide Internet sales for special niche with likely large expected market share. The magazine ("The Cosmetic Pilot" and historical database), which will try and become a reference in neutral assessment of products and their effects. The magazine also provides tactical inputs throughout the firm activities.
