The portfolio, which includes retail, office and self-storage, is based in the heart of Summerlin, a densely populated affluent area in Northwest Las Vegas. The transaction offered our firm the opportunity to own best-in-class real estate with a value-add profile and our Seller's an efficient exit of their remaining 10 assets. Today we are creating long-term value for our investors through leasing, property management or development upgrades to each property in the portfolio.
