The firm was founded in 2005, with a history that dates back to 1998, by a team previously employed by Commonwealth Trust Company and SMC Capital Inc., subsidiaries of Kentucky-based Commonwealth Bancshares. We offer separate accounts and sub-advised collective investment vehicles that allow us to serve clients around the globe. Our investment philosophy is based on our proprietary Absolute Value approach initially developed by the firm’s co-founders.
