If two applicants requested the same domain (through a Landrush priority request before Oct 3), they will go to auction to determine the owner. - If someone submits a Pre-registration through hellodotnyc.com we will try to get that application first in the queue of registrations on Oct 8. This date, registrations will be served in the order they arrive and domains will be registered right away. Any domain registered through the Landrush phase will not be available On Oct 8.
