In 2009 we launched our Water Bill Reduction Service using our in-depth knowledge to identify how savings on water bills may be achieved through a combination of bill analysis and water efficiency solutions. We make our money by taking a 50% share of the savings that we identify and achieve on behalf of our customers. We do this through identifying billing errors, tariff options, and funding and implementing water efficiency measures.
