In 2009 we launched our Water Bill Reduction Service using our in-depth knowledge to identify how savings on water bills may be achieved through a combination of bill analysis and water efficiency solutions. On behalf of customers we assess, fund and implement financially viable measures to minimize water use and wastewater production whilst in return offering guaranteed savings and price protection from annual industry price reviews.Business objectives related to sustainability are increasingly scrutinised and assessed in the public forum. We make our money by taking a 50% share of the savings that we identify and achieve on behalf of our customers. We do this through identifying billing errors, tariff options, and funding and implementing water efficiency measures.
