He was a member of the Venezuelan Association of Insurance Products, having participated actively in the Reform of the Insurance and Reinsurance Laws of Venezuela. Eufracio Gelves began his activities in Seguros Orinoco in 1985 and then in 1992, became an International Insurance Agent. Due to his arduous and constant work in favor of his clients in 1993 he was contacted to work as an International Agent of National Western Life Insurance company.\-\ELITE INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS, Nace con la iniciativa de Eufracio Gelves, especialista con más de 27 años de experiencia en el área de seguros e inversiones. Fue miembro del Colegio Venezolano de Productos de Seguros, habiendo participado activamente en la Reforma de las Leyes de Seguros y Reasegurados de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Eufracio Gelves inicia sus actividades en Seguros ORINOCO en 1985 para luego en 1992, tomar la representación de Seguros Internacionales. Debido a su arduo y constante trabajo a favor de sus asegurados en 1993 es contactado para trabajar como Agente Internacional de National Western Life Insurance company.
