This ecosystem is broadly managed by first generation entrepreneurs who are struggling to keep pace with the growth requirements with a strong need for professionalization (by way of processes and people development). CSCVI Consulting Practice is currently working on filling this gap, helping with people/strategy development and guiding quality/process professionalization.
