Founded by Swaminathan ( former Executive Director of Bharti Airtel and more recently President of Siva Group, with top management expertise in Telecom and FMCG), CSCVI Consulting Practice is principally engaged in playing the role of a Consultant Strategist........ coaching, guiding, mentoring and value building through strategy / business development, direction and putting together a commensurate organizational development process.Particularly, with the Telecom industry growing so fast during the past decade in India, the supporting service ecosystem (specifically, the field support, technology evolution and management of the same) for Telecom Towercos had not kept pace with the evolving requirements. This ecosystem is broadly managed by first generation entrepreneurs who are struggling to keep pace with the growth requirements with a strong need for professionalization (by way of processes and people development). CSCVI Consulting Practice is currently working on filling this gap, helping with people/strategy development and guiding quality/process professionalization.
