The solution starts with a polluter responsibility system that charges those that pollute for their pollution - no more, no less - and uses revenues from pollution fees to cut taxes on economic drivers like jobs and income. Canadians for Clean Prosperity's mission is to create the public and political will to support the implementation of polluter responsibility across Canada. We do this by educating Canadians about the economic benefits of polluter responsibility and giving individuals the tools to exercise their power for change.
