Our staff of trained and certified instructors, nutritionists, and Barre Sculpt are all chosen for not only their knowledge of there focus area but of their ability to teach. With a full schedule of classes, workshops, and guest speakers. We serve men, woman and children and eagerly invite beginners to our studio. A major focus is to educate local businesses in the benefits of yoga as part of overall employee wellness.
