First and foremost we are a flourishing yoga community serving South New Jersey. Our staff of trained and certified instructors, nutritionists, and Barre Sculpt are all chosen for not only their knowledge of there focus area but of their ability to teach. With a full schedule of classes, workshops, and guest speakers. We serve men, woman and children and eagerly invite beginners to our studio. A major focus is to educate local businesses in the benefits of yoga as part of overall employee wellness.
