Home Solutions possesses a comprehensive environmental monitoring program to assure a microbially controlled environment to prepare compounded sterile preparations. Home Solutions also possesses a training program to assure that compounding personnel are competent and compliant. Home Solutions currently participates in preferred partnerships with hospitals, strategic home health agencies, and Accountable Care Organizations. We offer programs aimed at offsetting costs to a health system for indigent patients. We have designed and implemented a Site Optimization Program with an Accountable Care Organization that produced a 96% savings to the program over a 6-month period of time. In addition, we are open to exploring financial structures that promote shared responsibility for quality and financial outcomes with our referral partners.
