The mission of Am I Hungry?® Mindful Eating Programs and Training is to help individuals everywhere eat mindfully and live vibrantly. The comprehensive Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Programs are appropriate for individuals who struggle with mindless and emotional eating, yo-yo dieting, diabetes, bariatric surgery, and binge eating. Workshops are available through licensed facilitators, health insurance companies, corporate and worksite wellness programs, medical clinics, hospitals, private coaching and therapy, and other community settings.Am I Hungry? also offers facilitator, coach, and therapist training and licensing for health professionals and other qualified individuals who wish to incorporate mindful eating and intuitive eating into their clinical practice, community, and/or corporate wellness program. Founder Michelle May, M.D., award winning author of the Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat book series, is a motivational wellness keynote speaker.
