Have you ever read an article that says that eggs raise your cholesterol, and two days later there's another article that recommends eating eggs to lower your cholesterol? Which one is right? It's so confusing.. There is a lot of nutrition information on the web, but most of it is mistaken & out-of-date!From my experience with hundreds of people, I believe that food awareness directly contributes to our success in life, in every field we choose, because the food that we eat and our physical movement influence our lives and our physical & mental functioning.We know intuitively that our food and its quality are important to us, so we deliberate about food a number of times a day, before meals or different activities, wondering about: * What are the right foods to eat for breakfast, lunch, and supper? * Have we eaten enough fruits and vegetables? Too many carbs?* Did we gain weight? Lose weight?* What's healthier?
