The clients we work with agree to pay a placement fee equal to 15% of the candidate's starting year salary. We understand that for candidates, there is an implied contract with recruiting agencies regarding how their personal information should be handled and we endeavor to earn their trust and only share resumes when candidates explicitly express interest in our clients.
