A graduate of Ecole Chocolat in Vancouver, BC, Mona Newbauer continues to meet life's challenges with an open heart and keen eye. Always experimenting with new recipes and product ideas, this little jewel of a shop has expanded from its humble beginnings selling its famously delicious handmade truffles to a swet shop that offers such staples as espressos, lattes, Italian sodas, gelato, toffee, fudge, brittle, seafoam and much more.
