Listening systems give feedback from actual Customers (SatSurv - online satisfaction survey platform) or Mystery Customers (CXPrism online Mystery Customer platform & dashboard) on whether the experience is actually unfolding in the intended way with regards to consistency of adherence to standards, as well as providing in-depth details regarding the experience.
