In practice, this could be establishing (or refreshing!) things like your performance approach, company values, onboarding, or leadership development. We differ from the traditional agency model, focused on an embedded partnership approach. We become part of a company's team as we join them in-house on their growth journey: fulfilling hires, building talent infrastructure, mapping out engagement and performance strategies, whilst focusing on preserving and scaling culture.
