iHowz can trace its roots back to 1974 when a group of landlords in Brighton banded together to represent their views with the local council.We run regular meetups for members where we invite specialists to provide updates and explanations on changes to the residential rental sector. Popular subjects include tax, law, planning, finance, energy efficiency, safety measures as well as more general rental topics.
