iHowz can trace its roots back to 1974 when a group of landlords in Brighton banded together to represent their views with the local council.We run regular meetups for members where we invite specialists to provide updates and explanations on changes to the residential rental sector. Popular subjects include tax, law, planning, finance, energy efficiency, safety measures as well as more general rental topics. See the website for details of upcoming events.iHowz exists to represent landlords' views at central and local Government; aid landlords to run their businesses properly; keep landlords up to date with appropriate information; negotiate trade discounts; enable and encourage networking.If required, we will take a robust opposition to any proposals, but prefer to discuss and negotiate.
