The Help Desk operates with the latest software applications to ensure we supply the fastest and most efficient service to our clients. The Help Desk receives and manages the work request from our clients with the subsequent issue of work orders electronically to our employees and contractors. The on-site response times and subsequent completion of the work is also recorded electronically to ensure that we meet contractual requirements and KPI's with our clients.Our Services are directed toward preventative and reactive maintenance of facilities and assets, with a focus on building services including, carpentry and general building, electrical and data services, HVAC, fire and safety services, hydraulic services, security, cleaning and landscaping.
