About Men of Color Global:Men of Color Global, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation, was founded by Pauline E. Higgins, LLM, JD, CPA, in 2010 to create a lasting pipeline of men of color through eliminating unconscious bias from Pre-K through high school, during college and in the workplace.
