About Men of Color Global:Men of Color Global, a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation, was founded by Pauline E. Higgins, LLM, JD, CPA, in 2010 to create a lasting pipeline of men of color through eliminating unconscious bias from Pre-K through high school, during college and in the workplace. Men of Color Global helps individuals and organizations through diversity and inclusion efforts that concentrate on the following:EDUCATION – RECRUITMENT – RETENTION – PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP THROUGH MENTORING AND SPONSORINGMen of Color Global has four areas of focus:• Men of Color in School• Men of Color in College• Men of Color in the Workplace• Men of Color in LeadershipMen of Color will assist students, employees, teams and organizations to interact and progress through recognizing each other's strengths and by actively seeking to eliminate unconscious bias in our communities, schools, colleges, workplaces and in leadership.
