An inclusive model of democratic education that focuses on changing the outcome structure of education. Our theory of change holds us accountable to supporting a strong sense of agency and self-identity for every young person. We define this as having a sense of purpose and goals, and the skills and competencies needed to articulate those goals. To do this we are changing three things:- Agency: Creating more freedom and choice for young people- Authority: Focusing on respectful 'power with' adult: student relationships and working in partnership with young people- Empowerment: Ensuring every voice is heard through a culturally responsive and inclusive teaching and environment
