The sparkling wine market has been evolving and we continuously aim for innovation and differentiation.In 2008, we started focusing on our innovative sparkling wine Fresita; an unique and sophisticated premium sparkling wine blended with strawberries.Fresita is produced in the Charmat method, a wine making process in which the second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks, and the final wine is blended in the bottle with natural strawberry pulp. It is a refreshing and slightly sweet sparkling with natural notes of strawberry and a hint of acidity. Fresita stands for quality, enjoyment and natural qualities of Chilean sparkling wine.Fresita is present today worldwide among the leader of sparkling wines in the Nordic countries, Russia, Canada, Australia, Japan and many others.
