Each system contains up to 32 100 GbE network interfaces that operate in parallel to load and unload a petabyte of data in about 1 hour. Agylstor systems use a new flash form factor called a "Bryck". Each bryck measures 4" x 4" x 9" and is ruggedly designed to withstand harsh environments. Like a huge thumb drive, Brycks may be removed from the 4U enclosure and physically shipped to transport huge datasets overnight.
