That's what it does.I teach courses and provide private coaching with the goal of helping still the mind, observe it objectively and break free of disturbing thoughts in such a way as to protect and nurture productive, creative thinking.For many, including myself, this has had a profound impact on their lives. Some participants report increased contentment and concentration, as well as reduced stress and worry.
